About Pathway Homes

Dan Tuttle, founder and President of Pathway Homes, decided years ago that he did not want to build any home that he would not want to live in himself. After graduating from the University of Georgia in Athens over 23 years ago, he began investing his energies in building communities. Dan has spent the last two decades researching, buying, selling, consulting, and building quality communities and homes. His conservative approach and vast experience in this ever-changing industry has helped him to develop an intuition about how to build communities that work. His focus has been in the building and development of successful neighborhoods throughout metro Atlanta and the Chattahoochee Valley Region of Alabama and Georgia that provide the affordability and stability in today’s market.

In Georgia we build in the areas servicing Columbus, Cusseta, Athens, Bogart, Statham, Winder, (Chattahoochee, Barrow, and Gwinnett counties). In Alabama we build in Phenix City and Smiths Station (Lee County and Russell County) proudly providing homes to suit the needs of the military stationed at Ft. Benning and those moving from Ft. Knox and other installations across the country.
