The People at Pathway Homes
Dan Tuttle, founder and President of Pathway Homes, graduated from the University of Georgia in Athens over 23 years ago. He began investing his energies in home building. Dan has spent the last two decades researching, buying, selling, consulting, and building quality homes. His conservative approach and experience in this ever-changing industry has helped him to develop an intuition about how to build communities that work. His focus has been in the building and development of neighborhoods in the Atlanta suburbs and the Chattahoochee Valley Region of Alabama and Georgia that provide the affordability and stability in today’s market.
